Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Living P2P ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use this App.

Description of Service

Living P2P is a personal finance tracking application that helps users manage expenses, income, budgets, and payment plans. The App is designed for personal use only and does not constitute financial advice.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Data & Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of financial data you enter.
• The App provides tools for tracking and visualization — it does not verify your financial data.
• You should not rely on the App as your sole record of financial transactions.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own independent financial records.

Not Financial Advice

Living P2P is a tracking and budgeting tool. Nothing in the App — including dashboards, reports, tips, suggestions, calculations, projections, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The App does not recommend, endorse, or advise any financial action. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CALCULATIONS, BALANCES, PROJECTIONS, OR FINANCIAL DATA DISPLAYED BY THE APP.

Subscription Tiers

• The App offers Free, Plus, and Pro tiers.
• Paid features and pricing are subject to change with notice.
• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms.
• Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVING P2P AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or financial losses arising from use of the App
• Inaccuracies in calculations, balances, or displayed information
• Service interruptions, data sync delays, or data corruption
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on information provided by the App

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Living P2P and its developers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any financial decisions you make based on information displayed by the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@livingp2p.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Texas.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@livingp2p.com.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, providing notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
